Penny Lane Entertainment in production on Alan Titchmarsh’s Gardening Club for ITV
ITV has commissioned a new 10-part series from Penny Lane Entertainment, in which host Alan Titchmarsh and a team of experts shine a light on the latest horticultural trends and innovative gardens across the UK, providing a wealth of practical gardening tips for both aspiring and experienced gardeners.Alongside Alan, the expert team in Alan Titchmarsh’s Gardening Club (10x60’) includes Camilla Bassett-Smith, who explores some of the most visually stunning and innovative gardens across the UK, meeting head gardeners to discuss their history, maintenance, and future plans, alongside providing practical tips for viewers at home.
Tayshan Hayden-Smith, the social and environmental activist, showcases the individuals behind some of the most remarkable community garden projects across the country. The founder of Grow to Know, also reveals the significance and therapeutic influence of gardens and nature on mental health.
Anna Greenland, a gardener and cook at the heart of the growing organic movement, shows viewers her jargon free tips to create a sustainable garden on a budget from her very own vegetable garden, while we also follow amateur gardener Alex over the course of a year as he takes a trial-and-error approach to growing as much food as he can.
The series also includes renowned horticulturist David Domoney hosting an 'Ask the Gardener' feature answering questions from how to attract wildlife to tips on gardening with your kids. Sarah Gerrard-Jones is the series house plant expert, providing practical tips on making the most of your house plants on a budget.

Alan Titchmarsh’s Gardening Club is a Penny Lane Entertainment production for ITV. The series producer is Sam Bendel and the executive producer is Lee Connolly. It was commissioned for ITV by Katie Rawcliffe and Leanne Clarke. The series is made in association with lawn treatment company GreenThumb.
