The Taste Awards, formerly the Tasty Awards, celebrate achievements of creators, producers, hosts, and directors in lifestyle programming. Gusto TV has won in numerous Taste Award categories for different series including 2016 Best New Series for Crate to Plate; 2017 Best New Series for The Urban Vegetarian; 2017 Best International Program for The Latin Kitchen; 2017 Best Ethnic Lifestyle for The Latin Kitchen; 2018 Best Series Pilot for Fresh Market Dinners; 2019 Best International Program for Bonacini’s Italy and the 2020 Honoree Award - Best in Canada for DNA Dinners.

Chris Knight, President and CEO of Gusto TV:  This is Gusto’s first time being inducted into a hall of fame and we are thrilled. When we started producing television, we wanted to re-invent food programming, treating food as a character, not a prop. In keeping with these values, we are honored to be recognized by the Taste Awards and look forward to bringing more creativity and innovation to the food genre’.
