Zoland launched SVOD Zokast Kids.TV in SEA

Zhejiang Zhongnan Animation Co Ltd, widely known as Zoland Animation (China), announced during MIPJunior the launch of a new kids SVOD platform Zokast Kids in partnership with M.E.I. Group (Frances) which will be first available in South East Asia with English and Chinese language.

Offering 1000 hours in multiple languages, Zokast Kids.TV caters to children of all ages, offering them a safe environment to enjoy and have fun watching a wide variety of animated series. It will offer up to 1,000 hours in multiple languages. After SEA, the roll-out will include North America and the rest of the world with additional languages in French, German, Italian, Neutral Spanish, Dutch. It will be available on multiple devices, targeting the fast-growing mobile and connected TV market.

Zoland Animation has chosen European leading digital startup M.E.I. Group and its solutions “FlameFy” & “OKAST”, which will help revolutionize the kids’ entertainment industry, thanks to a unique smart video streaming platform. Using big data analysis on audience and content consumption, it hopes to deliver a remarkable modern, rich and friendly premium service to kids.

The service is starting its Beta trial period during MIPCOM with plans for an official launch scheduled at the end of the year.
